Start with our regular 2-inch tape and measure from above the knee to just below the kneecap the first stripe. Split this length into two lines. Measure the third line, running around and under the kneecap, from one side of the knee to another.

To remove the adhesive, tear down the center of the final stripes release document. Using the tape just below the kneecap, with a slight stretch. Attach a slight curve to the end and then lay it without stretch. Repeat for the remaining bottom, then rub the adhesive.
